Arrival & departure
We look forward to welcoming you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and to showing you around! In the event of a late arrival, we ask that you notify us by telephone. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. so that we can prepare everything for the next guests. Have a safe journey home.Smart Check-In
We often work in the fields or with the animals that are located 10 minutes away from the apartments and therefore we’re not home all the time. If you arrive particularly late you do not have to stand in the rain. We are happy to leave the room cards in a safe place for self-check in!Deposit

Equipment for small children
Since Moritz and Hanna were born, we know exactly what it means to travel with small children. That's why we bought the following things to reduce your luggage: cot, high chair, bed locks, games and books. Just let us know what you need before you arrive and we will provide it to you free of charge, subject to availability.Payment

Pretty electric: If you come to us with an electric car, you can easily charge it at our e-charging station.Breakfast
For a surcharge, we will get you fresh rolls or prepare a breakfast basket for you. Just let us know what you want when booking and we will organize everything for you. Enjoy the meal!Grilling
There is a grill in the garden - so just heat it up and start grilling: whether with the kettle grill, smoker or just grilling sausages over the campfire - simply delicious! Sometimes we also have our own organic meat, just ask for it.Pets
We love animals! Dogs and cats are therefore very welcome at the Lerchnhof. You pay 15 euros per pet and night. Please bring a basket and blanket. If a special final cleaning is due or damage occurs, this will be at the expense of the dog owner.Wooden floors

Fridge
On request we will fill your fridge:On our list you can have homemade or South Tyrolean specialties delivered directly to your fridge, so that there will be something "GSCHEIDS" when you arrive;o)
Garbage
Behind the house are the various recycling bins, please separate them for the sake of nature!Smoking
You are not allowed to smoke in any of our holiday apartments. We would like our fragrant wood to be fragrant longer;o) We therefore ask you to smoke only on the terrace, out of consideration for the guests after you!Cancellation
It sounds uncomfortable, too, for you and for us:Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month before arrival, with a refund of the deposit, or alternatively we will be happy to give you the option of changing the date of your vacation.
From 2 weeks before arrival we will charge you 50% of the reservation amount.
In the week before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation amount.
Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price, unless we can still rent the apartment.
For the best possible protection against the unforeseen, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance from Roter Hahn.

Our outdoor wellness area is available to you 24 hours a day. The natural swimming pool is chlorine-free and therefore perfect for nature lovers. The natural bathing pond is stocked with Moritz's favorite fish. Daniel and Moritz also built a raft for adventurous kiddies, cool thing!Sauna
A little sweat never hurts: the Finnish barrel sauna is next to the swimming pool.You are welcome to order them from Kathrin for a specific time the day before (please bear with us, as we are sometimes out in the fields).
